(1) What is the total amount of the claims that were granted against his department by the courts in (a) 2009, (b) 2010, (c) 2011 and (d) 2012 respectively;
(2) what amount was granted in each specified year for (a) assault, (b) unlawful arrest and (c) damage to property by the SA Police Service (SAPS);
(3) how many members of the SAPS were found guilty of the rape of persons in detention in each specified year?
