EFF Free State statement on the well-known ANC member and businessperson who allegedly raped a 16-year-old girl with his son in Bloemfontein

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) is enraged by the gruesome and inhumane act of a well-known ANC member and businessperson Morena Ntsika and his son who have allegedly brutally raped a young girl.
The father and son connived in destroying the future of a 16-year-old girl by taking away her pride. It is disturbing cause this man invited the girl and her family for a family gathering knowing that he wants to destroy the girl. What kind of father and son are they who see it proper to both rape the young girl at the same time.
This ruthless act bears reference to the hatred men have against women, to the extent where a father and his son would take turns to rape a young girl. They have both since appeared at the Bloemfontein Magistrate Court and were released on bail. Sexual violence by men against women continues spiraling because of the fundamental failures of the entire justice system. This is precisely why women do not report violence and sexual violence to the authorities.
We call on the National Prosecuting Authority to treat this case with the urgency it deserves, and that the investigation must not drag on for too long as this will serve to worsen the situation.
This incident occurred on the eve of the actual day when we celebrate women. The scope and prevalence of rape and abuse that is plaguing South Africa remains exasperating as the ANC govemment is the official talk shop against horrendous crimes men commit against women and children yet today the ANC is so silent about this matter, because the man is their biggest funder.
It is high time that South Africans self -reflect on their tolerance of the ANC Govemment that serves hideously high levels of injustice. Come 2024 the ANC govemment must be removed if we want a functioning justice system.
The Economic Freedom Fighters still and will always stand against rape and gender base violence.
