What are the (a) names, (b) educational qualifications and (c) relevant work experience of each individual attorney or advocate responsible for drafting the proposed draft pieces of labour legislation aimed at amending the (i) Employment Equity Act, Act 55 of 1998, (ii) Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Act 75 of 1997, (iii) Labour Relations Act, Act 66 of 1995 and (iv) Employment Services Bill of 2010, published in the Government Gazette for public comment on 17 December 2010?       NW1449E
