Sentencing of Former Chairperson of ANC in the Province

The African National Congress in the Northern Cape wishes to reiterate our unwavering support to Comrade John Block and his Family during his appearance in the Trifecta case of which he was found guilty in 2015. He has resigned as the chairperson of the ANC in the Province, in order to allow the processes of the court to proceed without affecting the image of the ANC. And for him to subject himself to go through scrutiny in order to prove his innocence.

We will always support and stand by him as a comrade who has dedicated his entire life to the ANC, and has made an immensely great contribution in the ANC, both in the province and Nationally.

We will be following the conclusion of the court process, as they unfold during the week.
