MY RESIGNATION AS COPE PARLIAMENTARY MEDIA LIAISON

Comrades and "Comrades" 

I simply cannot tolerate the conditions which you have put me through. Apart from not paying my UIF or registering me for tax, you have not followed up on the physical and verbal assault on me by Dennis Bloem. You have not followed up on my evidence of tampering with the recruitment selection process by certain whips.

You have habitually paid me late, and despite not absconding or resigning, you have not paid my salary. You have continued to pay me as an intern, despite being appointed Parliamentary Media Liaison in December 2009. 

You have put me and my family through tremendous duress, and I believe that your mistreatment of me has been systematic, cynical, chauvinistic and hypocritical. 

I therefore resign my position as COPE Parliamentary Media Liaison. I remain a COPE member.
