26 October 2016
Cape Town - Police fired stun grenades to disperse protesters outside Parliament while Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan was delivering his mini-budget on Wednesday afternoon.
A mock coffin was set alight and thrown from the protesters' side over the heads of police officers.
Police rushed to extinguish it before firing at least 10 stun grenades.
Protesting students had just finished singing the national anthem when the stun grenades were fired.
