Dear Sports Fans
In my own view, I think that there might be as interesting sports activities going on currently in Tswane as there are in Australasia.
Strangely, the following appears on the Arms Procurement Commission's website homepage :
"2015 03 10: Supporting Documents for Richard Michael Moberly Young - Removed as per Commission ruling" (see screenshot below)
Yet, no such ruling was made. Not only was I there, I even checked this on Saturday and agai today with one of my evidence leaders.
Clearly, however there is great sensitivity amongst some of those among us as to the contents of these evidence documents.
Very clearly.
However, just as interesting, the documents are still actually there on the APC's website. It is only the links that have been removed. So if anybody is interested in getting any of these documents off the APC's website one only needs to click on the links that I provide below.
If one is too late for this, then I will in any case sooner rather than later post the documents on our own VPO website.

This is important as this is a public interest matter and both my written witness statement and the transcripts of my oral evidence have diminished value without the corresponding evidence documents.
I am also advised that some pages are missing from the bundles as posted.
