3294. Ms A M Dreyer (DA) to ask the Minister of Police:

(1) (a) Which locations have been declared national key points, (b) when was each specified location declared a national key point and (c) what was the motivation for declaring each specified location a national key point;

(2) whether the operational budget for each specified key point is deemed to be protected information; if so, (a) on what grounds and (b) what body oversees the (i) management and (ii) financial expenditure of each specified national key point?
