ANC ignores PP's warning with new dirty tricks – Roy Jankielsohn

ANC ignores Public Protector's warning with new dirty tricks

17 May 2016

The recent Public Protector report proves that the Premier’s Operation Hlasela was abused for party political purposes. It is once again proof that the ANC under Premier Ace Magashule in the Free State Province has no morals or ethics.

Last week the ANC stole DA posters and glued their provincial launch poster complete with Zuma’s face on it over them.

Furthermore, an increasing number of DA people are being threatened by ANC thugs on the ground.

It is because in every election the ANC use dirty tricks and theft in attempts to hang on to power while our people are unemployed, hungry, and without basic services like sewerage and water.

Let me give some examples of the ANC in the Free State’s degeneration:

Former Premier Honourable Mosioua Lekota fired our current Premier Ace Magashule for corruption.

The current Speaker of this legislature Honourable Mamiki Qabathe resigned suddenly from Lejweleputswa District Municipality as mayor amid allegations of various irregularities.

Our Premier went on to appoint two MECs, Honourable Benny Malakoane and Honourable Mathabo Leeto, who are facing charges of theft and corruption from Matjhabeng Municipality.

Speaker, the current President has been found to have breached his oath of office as President and enough evidence exists for the constitutional court to force the NPA to reinstate 783 charges against him.

The President’s friends are local and international thugs, warlords, and people of flawed moral character.

The ANC government at national and provincial level form a network of crime syndicates who are linked by one desire, and that is to cheat, steal, deceive, and lie to enrich themselves at the cost of our people.

We have a government of thugs, from Zuma, through to Magashule, right down to the last ANC councillor in this province.

The DA will continue to campaign within the framework of the law and basic democratic principles of tolerance, freedom of association and the right to canvas in all areas of the province without fear or favour.
