ANC NOTES JUDGEMENT DELIVERED VIRTUALLY AT THE JOHANNESBURG HIGH COURT IN THE MATTER BETWEEN SCHREIBER VS THE ANC

The African National Congress (ANC) confirms that a verbal judgement was handed down by the High Court of South Africa in the case of Schreiber vs. the ANC. We look forward to the written judgement so as to review it and determine if there are grounds for an appeal.

However, it is important to note that while the ANC is being transparent and cooperative, the DA appears to be hiding its own cadre deployment records.

Despite numerous requests made under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and other legal procedures, the DA has deliberately kept its deployment records regarding the Western Cape and the City of Tshwane under wraps.

In the spirit of openness and fairness, we urge the DA to disclose its records for public scrutiny.
