Malema still singing 'shoot the boer' - AfriForum

Organisation lodges urgent application asking court to enforce earlier order

AfriForum brings another urgent application against Malema

AfriForum lodged an urgent application earlier today to the South Gauteng High Court (sitting as an Equality Court) asking the court to enforce Justice Colin Lamont's order granted on 12 September 2011 against Julius Malema, pending the hearing Malema and the ANC's appeal in the Supreme Court of Appeal.

This follows after Malema repeatedly sang the controversial song "Dubhul i'Bhunu" during his public appearances before mine workers amidst rising tensions in the gold and platinum mining sector. In addition, Malema made various utterances attributing the difficulties of mineworkers to whites.

The application earlier was served by e-mail on all parties involved in accordance with the directives of Judge Colin Lamont during the hate speech trial.
