ANC candidate expresses dismay over disruption of meetings at all levels

Not in my name, says Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma

The African National Congress Women’s League and National Executive Committee member Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma have noted with dismay the current trend in which branch, regional and provincial meetings have been disrupted. “We have the responsibility to ensure that we maintain outmost discipline in our conduct.” said Dr. Dlamini Zuma.

The Women’s League and Dr. Dlamini Zuma also said that such incidences are against the democratic culture of the ANC, and that nobody should claim illdisciplined in her name, as she has maintained discipline throughout her political career. “We should always ensure that we are tolerant of divergent views, that through our conduct we accept differences and build the unity and reputation of the African National Congress,” said Dr. Dlamini Zuma.

We also ought to ensure that we maintain the integrity of all our organisational processes, that they can stand up to public scrutiny, and where there are differences, to find internal dispute resolution mechanisms, before resorting to the courts,” concluded Dr. Dlamini Zuma.
