Re:  Tender irregularities at the Provincial Government of W Cape

Dear MS Madonsela

Please receive correspondence from our offices in respect of the tender irregularities in the office of the Premier of the Western Cape

We would ask that your office kindly investigate the following:

1. The replacement of the person's on the tender adjudication committee shortly before these tenders were considered.
2. The participation/ involvement in the tender process by Mr Ryan Coetzee.
3. The non compliance with stipulated procedures in respect of tenders
4. The support provided to the DA by the companies who were successful in the tender , including election funding

We are concerned about widespread allegations of irregularities that we will bring to your attention as soon as the information is presented to us.
