Party and family have joined unrepentant cold murderer's application for release as second and third respondents

SACP and Comrade Chris Hani's family join to oppose Clive Derby Lewis's application to be released on parole

The South African Communist Party (SACP) and the family of former General Secretary of the Party Comrade Chris Hani have today joined the application made by the unrepentant cold murderer Clive Derby Lewis to be released on parole in the North Gauteng High Court in Tshwane, as Second and Third Respondents respectively (see Sapa report). The SACP and the family of Comrade Chris Hani have joined to oppose the application.
