Jack Bloom, Mmusi Maimane and Vaughan Reineke will be interviewed by members of Electoral College, vote will then be held

Nominations for Gauteng Premier candidate

At midnight last night the nomination period closed for those wishing to stand as the Democratic Alliance's candidate for Premier of Gauteng. 

The DA wishes to confirm that the following nominations have been received (in alphabetical order): 

Jack Bloom

Mmusi Maimane

Vaughan Reineke

These three candidates will now appear before an Electoral College on the afternoon of Friday 9 August 2013. Each candidate will undergo an extensive interview conducted by the members of the Electoral College, after which an election will take place to determine the successful Premier Candidate.

The Electoral College is a closed party meeting. The name of the DA's Premier Candidate in Gauteng will be announced to the public on Friday evening.

WOW, interviews? What language wil be used to 'interview' Mmusi...hahaha u hav failed already buddy.
Will there be Psychometric test afterwards, it sounds like we following DA's HR processes here? What about the WILL of the supporters? Oooops mostly whiteys so Mmusi wil fail again...even with a white wife. Why does Mmusi not just join his own black . .more

Dear Jack, even if you are appointed, which is the right way to go, please stand back for Mmusi, as this will ensure hundreds of thousands of votes for the DA.
