The Chief justice has ordered Western Cape high court to hear EFF matter of suspension of its MPs

The Economic Freedom Fighters welcomes the decision by the Chief Justice to instruct the Western Cape High Court to hear the matter of the suspension of EFF MPs. This is despite what the Judge President of the Western Cape High Court John Hlophe did to dismiss the case. The Western Cape High Court shall therefore hear matter today, 19 December 2014.
