Let Bruce Koloane undergo a lie detector test - Pieter Groenewald

FF+ MP says it is significant the former chief of state protocol was only demoted for his role in Guptagate

Let Koloane undergo a lie-detector test about landing of Gupta guests at Waterkloof

"The former chief of state protocol, Bruce Koloane, is the person who could say whether President Zuma had any knowledge and gave permission for the landing of the Gupta guests at the Waterkloof Air Force base. Koloane later denied that Zuma had given permission and said that he (Koloane) had at the time used Zuma's name. To determine whether this is the truth, Koloane should undergo a lie-detector test," Dr. Pieter Groenewald, the Freedom Front Plus' chief spokesperson on Defence said (see Beeld report).

"It is significant that Koloane was only demoted and not dismissed. The question is if he is merely being ‘sacrificed' for Zuma and will be richly rewarded for it at a later stage. According to the latest witnesses, Koloane gave false testimony to allow the landing to take place. This is fraud and Koloane should be charged because he caused a military air force base, which is a security point, to experience a security breach," Groenewald says.
