JUDGMENT AFTER RESCRIPT ORDERING RESIGNATION AS RECIPROCAL DISCIPLINARY SANCTION

This matter came before the Court, on a Petition for Reciprocal Discipline pursuant to S .J.C. Rule 4:01, sec. 16, and the Order of the Superior Court, Judicial District of Hartford, Connecticut accepting the lawyer's resignation from the bar of the state of Connecticut. The Court reserved and reported the case, without decision, to determine whether the reciprocal discipline requested by bar counsel may be imposed. In accordance with the Rescript Opinion, S.J.C. No. 10178, that was entered in the Full Court on February 13, 2009;

It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:

The Connecticut resignation of PAUL MPANDE NGOBENI is hereby accepted as a reciprocal disciplinary sanction retroactive to June 5, 2006, the date of the lawyer's compliance with this Court's order of temporary suspension, and the lawyer's name is forthwith stricken from the Roll of Attorneys.

It is FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:

The lawyer shall not be eligible to apply for reinstatement to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts until the expiration of eight (8) years from the entry date of this judgment.
