EFF welcomes the announcement of the 29th of May 2024 as the date for the National and Provincial Elections in SA

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) welcomes the long overdue announcement of the date for the Provincial and National Elections for the year 2024, which have been announced to take place on the 29th of May 2024.
These elections, mark an opportunity for all South Africans to put an end to the misery we have suffered as a nation, under the incompetent, corrupt and misguided governance of the ruling party the ANC, for 30-years. The 29th of May 2024, officially marks an opportunity for our nation to achieve true freedom, which at the centre of it sits, Economic Freedom.
The EFF wishes to remind our people that under the rule of the ANC, all we have known is poverty, landlessness, unemployment, economic despair and over the past decade and a half, darkness in the form of load-shedding.
It is under the governance of those who rule us today, that more than 1 1 million people are unemployed. It is under the rule of those who have betrayed the revolution, that the control of the majority of the land and the heights of our economy remain in the hands of our colonisers and their arrogant and racist descendants.
It is under this govemment, that our railways, our ports and our ability to generate a reliable and dependable supply of electricity has all but collapsed, and our nation is in trillions of debt to the West.
Under the current regime, crime has spiraled Out Of control, violence against women and children has sky-rocketed and corruption has risen and has been rewarded by positions in cabinet and even in the Presidency.
The 29th of May 2024, therefore marks an opportunity for South Africa to achieve true independence and liberation, and at the centre of that liberation lies the removal of those who have used political power to enrich themselves.
It is in this context that the battling cry for all those who want to see a prosperous South Africa is and must be, OUR LAND AND JOBS NOW! STOP LOAD-SHEDDING!
The EFF encourages all South Africans to read the EFF Manifesto, which is a People's Manifesto that will alleviate all the socio-economic conditions facing our people, through practical and believable solutions, which are commitments and not promises.
We call on all our ground forces and elections structures to intensify the battle to win the hearts and minds of our people, through a door to door campaign.
Let us go Out in Our numbers on the 29th of May 2024 and vote for Economic Freedom In Our Lifetime!
