Today, Monday, 13 June 2022, at 11:00 Carl Niehaus MKMVA NEC Member and National Spokesperson of MKMVA, in his capacity as a member of the ANC, will together with a number of Gauteng ANC members lay charges against President Cyril Ramaphosa at the Rosebank Police Station (15 Sturdee Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg, 2196), regarding the criminal acts related to the Phala Phala farm robbery. These charges echo and support the charges of money laundering, kidnapping and corruption that Mr. Arthur Fraser had laid against President Ramaphosa on Wednesday, the 1st of June, at the same Rosebank police station.

This action of laying charges, echoing and supporting the charges that Mr. Arther Fraser had laid, is in line with an overall campaign to ensure that President Ramaphosa will be held accountable for his criminal actions, and to support a nation wide campaign that President Ramaphosa must resign as President of the African National Congress (ANC), as well as President of South Africa. All South Africans are urged to lay similar charges.

A toolkit document in support of the campaign, explaining what Ramaphosa had actually done, and the actions that will be undertaken by the campaign, is attached.
