Cartoon proof of DA govt's racism - Marius Fransman

ANC provincial leader says Premier Helen Zille must explain what action has been taken against those responsible

ANC says Zille must come clean on racism

30 March 2015

The ANC Western Cape says premier Helen Zille has been showed up once more with the evidence of institutionalised racism under her watch in the DA-led provincial government.

ANC Western Cape leader Marius Fransman says: "The exposure of the utterly offensive so-called ‘knowledge management' cartoon showing a white manager pumping blue knowledge from his head to the empty head of a black project manager, showed that which the ANC said repeatedly that racism abounds in the DA administration (see Cape Argus report).

"The ANC calls on the premier and her administration to come clean on what exactly happened and what steps were taken against those found to be the culprits. So far fuzzy stories were told, weak excuses made and an unbelievable narrative spread that tries to exonerate senior decision makers. The DA must take responsibility and be seen to weed out such incidents."
