EFF CALLS ON ALL SOUTH AFRICANS TO JOIN THE MARCH TO DEMAND VACCINES.

The EFF calls on South Africans, inclusive of all Political Parties, Non-Profit Organisations, Faith Based Organisations, Civil Society, Owners of Small and Medium Enterprises, Workers in the Creative Industry, and Unions to join in the protest action to demand speedy provision of vaccines to all the people. It is now evident that the South African government is dismally failing to provide vaccines to all South Africans, and this is enabled by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA), which is refusing to authorise the usage of vaccines from Russia (SPUTNIK-V) and China (SINOVAC).
SAHPRA is squarely at the centre of disallowing the usage of SPUTNIK-V and SINOVAC Vaccines because they are micromanaged and controlled by the West's pharmaceutical establishment which works with its local collaborators to prevent the authorisation of vaccines from China and Russia. As stated in our previous statement, SPUTNIK-V Vaccine from Russia has been proven by The Lancet to have 91,6% efficacy and currently authorised and administered in more than 60 countries all over the world and not a single health hazard or incident was reported. SINOVAC from China has been approved by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and used in more than 45 countries all over the world. The People's Republic of China has thus far administered more than 800 million doses of SINOVAC Vaccine and there are no major incidents and health hazards associated with this development.
Despite these realities, SAHPRA is still refusing to and actively frustrating the usage of SPUTNIK-V and SINOVAC Vaccines in South Africa, whilst allowing the usage of dangerous and poisonous vaccines from the West. It is evident now that SAPHRA is being used by politicians and major capitalist interests to totally prevent the usage of Vaccines from Russia and from China. The evident reason behind this is because Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa is a puppet of the West and certainly involved in transactions with local partners of J&J.
We demand that SAHPRA must finalise the approval and authorisation of SPUTNIK V and SINOVAC within 7 days, and the South African Government must make these vaccines available for all the people. If SAHPRA fails to approve the usage of Vaccines that have been scientifically approved and authorised in many parts of the world, we will be left with no option but to engage in militant mass action against this captured regulatory authority. We will also approach our Lawyers to explore the possibility of approaching the Constitutional Court on an urgent basis to force SAHPRA and South African Government to allow the usage of scientifically tested and proven vaccines, including SPUTNIK-V and SINOVAC in South Africa.
It has also been brought to our attention that Chairperson of SAHPRA Board, Helen Rees who is evidently conflicted and will do everything to prevent the authorisation of vaccines that are not associated with ASPEN. We have it in solid authority that Helen Rees is married to a Fazel Randera, who in turn is a shareholder in ASPEN. ASPEN is the local partner of J&J and stands to privately benefit if SPUTNIK-V and SINOVAC are not authorised in South Africa. Our march to SAHPRA will also demand the removal of Helen Rees as the Chairperson of the Board because she is conflicted.
As the EFF, we will be writing to all Political Parties, Non-Profit Organisations, Faith Based Organisations, Civil Society, Owners of Small and Medium Enterprises, Workers in the Creative Industry, and Unions to encourage them to join in the protest for Vaccines in South Africa because it is through this action that we will save lives, prevent the further spread of the CORONA Virus and safely reopen the economy for all people to live sustainable livelihoods.
