Interlocutory application to be heard in Gupta R24,9 million case tomorrow

The High Court of South Africa, Free State Division, Bloemfontein will hear an interlocutory application brought by Dinesh Patel, Islandsite Investment (represented by Ronica Ragavan) and Ronica Ragavan, on 27 September 2022.

The accused have been excused from attending the proceedings and will return to court on 03 November for a case management session.

The bail for all the accused was extended until 03 November 2022.
