We'll stop at nothing to get TNS Cape Town survey - COSATU WCape

Union will insist on mayor going to jail if he continues to violate law

CITY REFUSAL TO MAKE PUBLIC THE TNS REPORT

Please find attached the COSATU press statement in relation to the application that we filed under the disclosure of Information Act for the report of the City of Cape Town

The application filed by our legal representatives is attached and it is ODAC who did the application contact person Alison Tilley @ (021) 4613096The city still refuses to release the public report procured by Public funds, through a public institution.

COSATU will stop at nothing to get access to the report so the citizens of Cape Town become aware of the DA dishonesty in Cape Town.

Judging from the minutes of the meeting where the report was discussed with the Mayor and senior city officials the report will sink the DA election strategy. The report essentially exposes the fact that poor communities are unhappy about the DA delivery because the DA is now exposed for spending the majority of resources in the wealthy old white areas.

COSATU will insist that the Mayor goes to jail if he continues acting in violation of the law.
