HSF writes to the National Commissioner of Correctional Services regarding Jacob Zuma’s medical parole

Following his imprisonment for contempt of court, former President Jacob Zuma was placed on medical parole by the National Commissioner of Correctional Services, Arthur Fraser. The HSF has subsequently written to the Commissioner, to request his reasons for placing Mr Zuma on medical parole, in order to determine whether his decision was made on lawful basis.
