COSAS Limpopo welcomes NDC's verdict on Malema

PEC also resolves to back Cde Joe Phaahla for ANC provincial leadership

Subject: Resolutions of the PEC

As COSAS Limpopo we have met on the 12th November 2011 in ANC Frans Mohlala house mainly to review progress made since we last met and our current political epoch. Therefore we resolved on the following:

We viewed the progress of our final examinations and up to so far we didn't see any challenge but resolved that we are going to start this year to prepare for our back to school next year in still encourage our fellow students to study hard achieve more 70% that is expected from us.

We also resolved that as we are going to our national student council to view progress made in our organization and our NEC we are supporting the acting secretary general Cde Andile Mkhize as SG and as Limpopo we are going for the position of the DSG. We also resolved that we will convene our second provincial student council two weeks before our NSC.

As COSAS Limpopo we welcome all decisions taken by the NDC of the ANC on the former group of six of the ANCYL this is a freedom of young people to freely participate in the real politics on the youth league. Leaders come and go so comrades should know and understand that comrades can't be begged to be disciplined.

We also resolved that on the upcoming early congress of the ANC in our province we want to see some of our founder members of COSAS emerging in that congress so our views can be represented in the PEC of the ANC in specific Cde Teenage Monama and Cde Thabo Makunyane. We resolved also to rally behind the collective leadership led by Cde Joe Phaahla and Joe Maswanganyi. It's about time that the ANC in Limpopo is led by correct cadres of the revolution not people who continue stilling from the poor and the working class.
