Daily Sun (May 2 2013)- A JOGGER saw smoke rising from a fire near his house and thought he could smell the stench of burning refuse... But it wasn't refuse - what he smelt was burning flesh! AS HE RAN AROUND THE CORNER HE SAW A BODY ENGULFED IN PETROL FLAMES!

Another witness, who lives nearby, said: "Residents looked on from their yards as the fire burnt the man to death and did nothing. Nobody tried to save him or put out the fire." Shocked and traumatised residents of Wallacedene, Cape Town, said they thought the charred body was the remains of an unnamed youth suspected of burgling houses in the township. "The residents beat him with sticks, stabbed and hacked him with a panga before putting a tyre around his neck and setting him alight," said an eyewitness....
