Zuma Must Fall campaign political subterfuge - ANCYL WCape

League also calls on young people not to be driven into darkness by responding to racism with racism

Statement of the WC ANC  Youth League on Racism in the Western Cape

The ANC YL and its alliance partners in the PYA, calls on young people of the Western Cape to join the fight against the resurfacing of organized racism.

The recent events of racial spats on our social networks are a bitter reflection of the distance we are yet to travel in healing our nation from the noxious past that has so deeply divided our people on the basis of their skin colour.

The #ZumaMustFall Project

The ANCYL wishes to dismiss this campaign as a subterfuge aimed at agitating masses to the conclusion that the ANC must fall. This is a move to weaken the organization through pressing the crisis button with an attempt of intimidating the people's parliament from implementing people centered political programs aimed at transforming our economy by reforming and expediting the process of wealth redistribution, creating job opportunities by industrializing our economy and alleviate poverty through progressive social expenditure.

The YL remains convinced that this is part of a bigger pyramid that wants to bankrupt our consciousness and drive us to the illusion that South African black people had their opportunity and failed to lead and as such we should rather opt to for the former regime disguised under the pretence of being a legitimate democratic alliance whereas there is and will always be one alliance that carries the interest of all South Africans at heart, the Tripartite Alliance.

Non-Racialism; Our Political Mission

The ANC YL wishes to encourage young people in the Western Cape not to be driven into darkness by responding to racism by being racist. We accept that the concept of non-racialism was not a brainchild of any other race but that of the Human Race that is fitting to be called leaders of peace found only in the ANC and its alliance.

Today, tempted to shake the boat as young revolutionaries who are never prepared to relent even when we are faced with the greatest of adversities, we reminded that whatever foundation we accept to be laid today, is what we will inherit and as such, we refuse to inherit hate and disunity amongst our people.

The ANC YL therefore calls on all progressive formations to once more demonstrate to the world that there is no opposition that can ever dislodge this progressive government from uniting its people by marching to the Federal Offices of the DA as part of our Campaign; #End Racism

Our parents have written unity and equality in South Africa with blood and sweat and for their legacy, our graves will be the only disconnection that can cause us to fail in protecting and preserving it.

All peace loving people are called upon to MARCH AGAINST RACISM ON;
