DA a racist formation of rich white people - ANCYL

League says opposition using poor black people to promote itself

THE DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE IS ONCE AGAIN EXPOSED FOR ITS USAGE OF BLACK FACES TO GANNER VOTES WHILE DOING NOTHING FOR THEM:

13 May 2011

The ANC Youth League notes that the Democratic Alliance is once again exposed for cheap electioneering of using desperate and poor black, particularly African people to portray a picture that it cares about their wellbeing. In its television advert, the DA uses Ntombikayise Lugalo from the Western Cape to claim that she is so excited that she has electricity while in real life she does not have electricity and decent housing.

The only payment Ntombikayise Lugalo got from the DA for telling lies on television was grocery from a white man, which will not sustain her life for more than a week. This once again exposes the DA, which has been renting and hiring black and particularly African people across the country to portray a wrong picture that it now has support amongst all people of South Africa.

The DA is nothing, but a racist formation of the rich white people, who are opposed to progressive policies and programme of the ANC led National Liberation Movement. The ANC Youth League is aware that in almost all occasions, the DA has been paying people R100 and R150 per day for them to wear DA T-shirts and walk around like they really support the DA.

The ANC Youth League once again says, our people can take the money, but should never vote for the DA because it does not care about the wellbeing of particularly black and Africans in South Africa. In the Western Cape, the DA government only gives attention to white leafy suburbs and doing nothing for the development of other communities.

The people of South Africa should come out in their numbers on the 18th of May to expose the DA by voting for the decisive victory of the African National Congress, the only movement which will better our communities and build sustainable livelihoods.

The evidence of ANC work is noticed throughout the country by millions of houses, access to water, sanitation, and electricity, access to education and social grants for the poor. Millions of South Africans' lives have changed because of the ANC. The ANC does not and will never use misleading television adverts to ask for votes, because our people are not stupid.
